📚This year, our school Library celebrated World Book Day with a special focus on the art of Calligraphy.
As part of the celebration, calligraphy workshops were organised for all secondary students, giving them the opportunity to explore this beautiful form of expression hands-on. Alongside these activities, thanks to the wonderful contributions from our school community—parents, relatives, and staff—we created a fascinating display featuring beautifully handwritten documents, historical letters, and even old school reports.
These unique pieces also revealed that in many countries, Calligraphy was once a formal subject taught in schools—an inspiring discovery that connects past educational traditions to today’s creative learning.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this celebration both meaningful and memorable!
